Agent SDK - BTCP Command Line Interface
Breakthrough is currently developing Agent, a service-oriented SDK for customer-developed fast file transfer applications leveraging the Broadwake platform.
Agent is deployed as a background Windows service or *nix daemon and controlled through a number of APIs, including a high-performance RPC interface using the Broadwake packet protocol, as well as SOAP and REST interfaces through a front-end http service.
BTCP is a command line application built on top of Agent allowing batch file transfer operations to be easily defined and executed through scripts or simple ini file definitions. BTCP, like Agent, is fully cross-platform and exposes all functionality of the Broadwake engine including the latest dedeplication and file delta change transfer modes.
